OVERALL
Cofoo Lab is my graduation project in service design at RCA. Together with two other team members, we started from our passion for food to explore the challenges faced by restaurant practitioners behind the culinary experiences in London. Through the lens of service design, we reinterpret the concept of the "independent restaurant." Our goal is to incubate high-quality entrepreneurs and explore new possibilities in the restaurant industry.
